Let's get to know each other better!
Naturally inclined towards human interaction and assistance, I spent the first 10 years of my career as a nurse.
I then followed my passion for fashion, creating and managing 3 boutiques for 20 years. I took great pleasure in advising my customers.
But I was starting to feel the weight of responsibility. This professional pressure was compounded by family dramas… and that famous perimenopause. A subject often misunderstood in our society. I felt alone and misunderstood. I felt like I was becoming a different woman, both physically and psychologically.
My wardrobe no longer flattered me, I had “nothing to wear”! (my wardrobe no longer suited me, I no longer felt comfortable in what I used to wear with pleasure) I was losing confidence in myself.
At 49, I had a burnout.

I managed to overcome this
I managed to overcome this hurdle
This burnout was a turning point. I sold the shops and made the decision to take care of myself. Instead of letting myself sink, I was determined to reverse the trend! So I accepted this change and adapted my style accordingly. I gradually experienced a sense of renewal and authenticity.
If I, a fashion professional, had experienced these difficulties, how many thousands of other women have as well? So I wanted to share my knowledge, my experience, to help all those women who can’t do it alone.
I trained for two years to become a certified image coach. Then I created my Tiktok account to share my knowledge with as many people as possible. Some of my videos have exceeded 500,000 views, proof of the massive interest in this issue.
I want to help all those who are facing the same challenges
I want to help all those who are facing the same challenges
So, I’ve designed my coaching to work on the fundamental aspects of style, while completely adapting to my clients. It’s not about transforming a person, but rather understanding their personality, issues, environment, goals… and translating that into their wardrobe.
My goal is to inspire change within you. I want to tell you that you’re not alone, – far from it!
You have many beautiful years ahead of you to live in full confidence and self-love.
I want to be the caring and patient “big sister” who will guide you towards this new life.
I want to see that spark in your eyes when you see your reflection!
My fundamental values
Authenticity
Forget those makeover TV shows that "disguise" more than they makeover. My approach is to be in perfect harmony with each client, so that they can embrace their new style, feel comfortable, and be themselves.
Honesty
I am straightforward and say what needs to be said for your benefit. This is necessary for effective coaching. Of course, my approach is fair and compassionate.
Generosity
I take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with my clients and creating the perfect lookbook for them. I give my all, often more than expected, so that they can achieve their well-being goals.
Listening
It is a fundamental value but often neglected in ready-to-wear boutiques. I cannot provide quality, customized advice without a deep understanding of the person. In coaching, speaking time is shared 50/50!
